Service Technician - E Auto

The Service Technician - E Auto will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections and diagnostic tests on electric vehicles to identify issues. You will perform necessary repairs on electric vehicle systems, including battery management, electric drivetrains, and regenerative braking systems. It is essential to follow manufacturer guidelines for routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, and system flushes. Your primary duties will include inspecting, testing, and replacing high-voltage batteries and their components, as well as calibrating and programming battery management systems. You will be required to maintain clear and accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed, while adhering to all safety protocols when handling high-voltage systems and components. Additionally, you will need to communicate repair needs and statuses to customers professionally and understandably, ensuring that all work complies with industry standards and regulations. Providing exceptional customer service is crucial in this role, as you will address customer inquiries and concerns about electric vehicle maintenance and repairs. You will also be responsible for educating customers on proper vehicle care and answering questions about electric vehicle technology.
