Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Service Relationship Manager to join our team at Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and relationship management, with a focus on small business enterprise.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
Conduct cold calls and presentations to promote products and services to potential customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of ficial products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
