Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Receptionist at Mercedes-Benz Prime Star, located in Agra. The Service Receptionist will represent the company as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. The role involves answering phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, managing clerical duties, and providing superior customer service. The Service Receptionist will also coordinate with the service team to ensure seamless operations and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Strong Clerical Skills for managing administrative tasks efficiently
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively in a client-facing role
• Experience in a similar role in the automotive or service industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are an advantage
