Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Quality Specialist (B2B) at Xpozive Media. The Service Quality Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service quality for our business clients. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and evaluating the quality of service delivery, executing quality control processes, and conducting in-depth analysis to identify areas for improvement. The role also involves developing and implementing quality management strategies, preparing reports on service quality performance, and effectively communicating with internal teams and clients to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.

  • Service Quality and Quality Control skills
  • Analytical Skills and Quality Management abilities
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proven experience in quality management or a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the media or advertising industry is a plus
