Job Function and Duties:

• Have to perform installation, validation, and commissioning of company products.
• Have to perform troubleshooting, service, and repairs of company products.
• Have to perform maintenance of company products.
• Need to provide utter most technical support to customers.
• Have to provide onsite training to the customers.
• Need to interact with the concerned Departments to identify the RCA’s.
• Have to maintain Installation and service information in the company database.
• Timely responses and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits.
• Proper submission of all required paperwork in time.
• Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.
• Working knowledge and ability to test and troubleshoot electrical analog and digital circuits.
• Good Communication skills and punctual at work.
• Ready to travel both Domestic and International.
• Technical Knowledge (Electrical and Electronics)
• Problem solving and analytical Skill.
