As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your typical day involves serving as the primary liaison between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, ensuring that our world-class systems operate seamlessly. Your role emphasizes quality and effective communication, allowing you to accurately identify client issues and design tailored resolutions based on your extensive product knowledge. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance system performance and client satisfaction, contributing to a positive user experience and maintaining high service standards.
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of the application.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues before they escalate.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Web Services Standards, Web Services Security.
- Strong understanding of application integration techniques.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies and tools.
- Ability to analyze and interpret system logs for issue resolution.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
