Service Now Developer

The role requires you to design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications that need to be deployed at a client's end while ensuring they meet 100% quality assurance parameters. Your responsibilities include understanding the product/software requirements, developing software solutions, and conducting root cause analysis of system issues. You will collaborate with project managers, analyze client requirements, and convert them into feasible designs. Coding and ensuring optimal software/module development are crucial aspects of the role. You will determine operational feasibility, develop and automate processes for software validation, and modify software to fix errors or improve performance. Reporting on programming project specifications, preparing documentation, and coordinating with the team on project status are also part of your duties. Maintaining ongoing status reporting and focusing on customer requirements are essential. You will capture client requirements, gather feedback regularly, and participate in training to stay updated on best practices. Consulting with engineering staff, documenting solutions clearly, and ensuring good quality interactions with customers are key components of the role. Your performance will be measured based on parameters such as continuous integration, deployment & monitoring of software, quality & customer satisfaction, and MIS & reporting. You will be evaluated on error-free onboarding & implementation, adherence to release plans, on-time delivery, troubleshooting queries, and timely MIS & report generation.,
