Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation for ServiceNow applications and workflows. Skills and Qualifications: ServiceNow Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, its modules, and functionalities. Programming Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript and potentially other relevant programming languages. ITIL Framework Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues. Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience: Relevant experience in software development, IT service management, or similar fields.
