The Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our IRM team, focusing on the BPM solution, which is currently in development. The developer will take over responsibility for the solution once the MVP is implemented and drive its further development, DevOps practices, and optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow development, specifically in areas such as IRM, GRC, TPRM, and AppEngine. The developer will play a crucial role in building and optimizing the BPM solution while adhering to SAFe and Agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain BPM solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on IRM, GRC, TPRM, and AppEngine modules. Write, test, and deploy ServiceNow scripts, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies. Leverage JavaScript for custom development, integrations, and implementing DevOps practices within the ServiceNow environment. Utilize SEISMIC framework within ServiceNows UI Builder to enhance user interfaces and experiences. Collaborate closely with the IRM team to clarify requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions. Independently manage assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Participate in agile ceremonies, contributing to PI and sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on IRM, GRC, TPRM, and AppEngine. Strong JavaScript development skills, particularly within the ServiceNow environment. Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions. Experience working in agile setup. Familiarity with the SEISMIC framework in ServiceNow, which is new, therefore with a strong willingness to learn and adopt new technologies. Ability to work independently and effectively manage tasks with minimal supervision. Strong communication and collaboration skills, maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude. Desired Skills: Exposure to advanced ServiceNow modules such as Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, and Flow Designer. Knowledge of REST APIs, Web Services, and data integration within ServiceNow. Experience with automated testing frameworks in ServiceNow. Personal Attributes: Proactive and adaptable to changing requirements. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
