ServiceNow Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities

Develop backend components for ServiceNow Service Portal using JavaScript and Glide API
Work on server-side scripts: Business Rules, Script Includes, Workflows, APIs
Optimize portal performance, ensure best practices and platform security
Collaborate with UI/front-end teams to deliver seamless experiences
Participate in Agile sprints, code reviews, and troubleshooting

Required Skills

4+ years of ServiceNow backend development experience
Strong JavaScript, Glide API (GlideRecord, GlideSystem)
REST API integrations, Scoped Apps, Flow Designer
ServiceNow certification (CAD or CSA preferred)
Agile tools (JIRA, SN Agile)
Nice to have: Agentic AI frameworks, Jasmine, AngularJS/Bootstrap
