Job Description

As a Female Only candidate, you will play a crucial role in the company by following the defined standards and procedures while handling calls and delivering messages. Your responsibilities will include: - Following up with customers to initiate services and offering appointments for service - Maintaining and communicating service appointments for the next day to relevant team members - Handling customer queries, escalating concerns to the appropriate team members, and ensuring timely resolution - Developing a service marketing plan, designing new initiatives, and conducting activities as per guidelines and norms - Pitching Value-Added Services (VAS) to customers over the phone - Collaborating with the Customer Relationship Manager and Works Manager to design relevant campaigns aimed at increasing workshop revenue - Analyzing lost workshop cases and preparing action plans with the Customer Relationship Manager and General Manager of Service - Updating details of lost customers in the Data Management System (DMS) in case of incorrect contact information - Carrying out customer acquisition activities as per the plan, including meeting lost customers if necessary Additionally, the job is full-time and permanent, requiring in-person work at the specified location.,
