Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage service department employees, including technicians, service advisors, and support staff, to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service experience, from appointment scheduling and vehicle drop-off to final vehicle delivery, by maintaining open communication and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing an automotive service department or related operation
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
