Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage service department employees, including technicians, service advisors, and support staff, to ensure efficient and effective operations
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service experience, from appointment scheduling and vehicle drop-off to final vehicle delivery, by maintaining open communication and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing an automotive service department or related operation
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
