As an experienced Service Manager HVAC, your role will involve managing service, maintenance, and post-installation support for HVAC systems in builder and real estate projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the operations related to VRV/VRF, Chiller plants, AHUs, Ductable units, Ducting systems, and Non-VRF HVAC installations to ensure smooth operation, customer satisfaction, and compliance with standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage HVAC service operations for builders. - Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of VRV/VRF systems, Chillers (Air-cooled & Water-cooled), AHUs & FCUs, Ductable Units & Ducting works, Non-VRF HVAC systems. - Plan and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance. - Lead and supervise service engineers, technicians, and subcontractors. - Coordinate with builders, consultants, and site teams for service activities. - Attend client complaints, analyze root causes, and ensure timely resolution. - Ensure HVAC systems operate as per design, performance, and safety standards. - Manage AMC contracts, warranty services, and handover activities. - Monitor service schedules, spare parts, tools, and inventory. - Prepare service reports, MIS, and client documentation. - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory norms. Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong technical knowledge of VRV/VRF, Chillers, AHUs, Ductable & Ducting systems. - Experience in handling builder/real estate HVAC service projects. - Good communication, coordination, and client-handling skills. - Leadership skills to manage service teams and vendors. - Ability to diagnose HVAC system faults and implement solutions. - Knowledge of AMC management, commissioning support, and handover. Qualifications: - Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering or related field. - OEM training or HVAC certifications preferred.
