Strong knowledge of:
Car detailing services (PPF, Ceramic, Detailing, Interior)
Aftermarket accessories & modifications
Customer handling for premium vehicles
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end ownership of service operations
Job card creation, allocation, tracking & closure
Quality control before vehicle delivery
Customer consultation & upselling premium services
Vendor coordination (accessories, consumables)
Daily revenue, productivity & escalation reporting to Owner
Training & discipline of technicians
KPIs
Service TAT adherence
Customer satisfaction & repeat visits
Upsell value per vehicle
Zero rework/complaints
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
