Job Description

Role Overview:

The Service Manager - Equity Dealer is responsible for managing client relationships, executing trades, providing investment advice, and ensuring client satisfaction through high-quality service delivery in the equity dealing domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute buy and sell orders on behalf of clients efficiently and accurately.
Monitor stock market trends and provide clients with timely and relevant investment advice.
Maintain and enhance client relationships through regular interaction and effective service support.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies while executing trades.
Support clients with portfolio reviews and suggest portfolio restructuring when needed.
Resolve client queries related to trading, demat, and account services.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth trade execution and post-trade services.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell other financial products and services.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of equity markets, trading platforms, and stock broking operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client interactions effectively.
Analytical mindset with the ability to provide investment insights.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Client-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
NISM Certification (Equity Derivatives) preferred.
1-3 years of experience as an Equity Dealer, Relationship Manager, or similar role in stock broking/financial services.
Key Skills:
NISM 8 certification (mandatory), trading on behalf of clients.
