Service Manager / Business head / Business Manager

Role Description

•    Expanding high growth of services on involving (Revit /BIM/ Inventor) Architecture/construction/Manufacturing/Real Estate.

•    Developing Customer relations to offer services  through project lifecycle 

•    Becoming key contact person between customer &  Geninfo internal service team to implement.

•    Good understanding in Speciality discipline ( eg , Manufacturing, Construction , Architectural / MEP Consultants)

•    Provide technical and business service support, ensuring smooth operations.

•    Expand and strengthen business in Construction / Real Estate sector.

•    Focus on software solutions such as Revit, BIM, INVENTOR  (fusion , ACC , ETC).

•    Identify and create new opportunities for Genesis.

•    Offer project-based services in Genesis’ domain.

•    Understand customer needs and ensure successful implementation.

•    Provide expert consultation and technical support in engineering (particularly in Autodesk / Trimble / Bim Consulting Services & solutions)

Qualifications

• B.E. Mechanical/Architecture/civil engineering with relevant education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
