Job Description

Role Overview: As a Global Assurance Talent Analyst at EY, you will have the opportunity to support the SL Talent team in contributing to key priorities and providing strategic Talent consulting advice and services globally. You will work closely with the Global SL Talent Leader and Directors to assist in the management of key business interactions, including contributions for leadership meetings, ensuring development of content and tracking of actions. Your role will involve supporting the delivery of Talent processes such as succession planning, employee listening initiatives, and reporting for the Talent team. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Global SL Talent Leader and Directors to ensure the successful operation of the SL Talent team at an operational level. - Collaborate with the Global SL Talent Leader to address requirements, issues, and actions raised by senior business leaders. - Prepare presentations and reports to effectively engage with business leadership. - Assist in building out Talent Consulting capability across the team by attending cross-SL meetings, identifying common needs, change initiatives, and areas for improvement. - Ensure the availability of quality Talent reporting to the business, develop and maintain reports, and make recommendations on leveraging data for key Talent priorities. - Complete research on emerging trends/issues and present highlights to leadership. - Assess Talent related SL/business performance issues, work with appropriate Talent function to propose solutions, and raise requests for change investment. - Respond to complex and urgent Talent queries, conduct analysis, and provide guidance on talent matters. - Support delivery of key Talent processes and provide project coordination for the Global Talent team. - Travel and willingness to work alternative hours may be required due to the global nature of the role. Qualifications Required: - Significant relationship management skills and ability to build trust with business leaders. - Teaming skills to partner effectively across talent ecosystem and wider EY firm. - Organizational skills including setting priorities, operating within budget, and effective time frames. - Knowledge of Talent services, associated processes, and best practices, including employee relations. - Excellent communication skills to convey complex issues clearly and succinctly. - Ability to cope with ambiguity and drive change in a complex and agile environment. - Demonstrated inclusive leadership skills in a diverse context. - English language skills required for the global nature of the role. - Degree level education, higher professional or masters qualification preferred. - Active membership in related professional bodies or industry groups is a plus.
