Job Description

ITSM Pro Implementation & Support
  • Design and implement solutions for Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
  • Customize and configure Service Catalog, Record Producers, Order Guides, and Workflows.
  • Develop and maintain SLAs, Notifications, and Surveys.
  • Provide application support and perform root cause analysis for ITSM-related issues.
  • Configure and maintain CMDB, including CI class modeling, identification, and reconciliation rules.
  • Implement and manage ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping for accurate CI population.
  • Work with data imports, Transform Maps, and Data Sources to maintain CMDB integrity.
  • Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systems.
  • Use Integration Hub, Scripted REST APIs, and MID Servers for automation and data exchange.
  • Create and manage Scheduled Jobs, Background Scripts, and Script Includes for reusable logic.
  • Build and customize UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Actions.
  • Develop Service Portal widgets, custom pages, and catalog interfaces.
  • Use JavaScript, Glide API, HTML/XML, and AJAX for client/server-side scripting.
  • Manage Update Sets, instance migrations, and code deployments across environments.
  • Configure Users, Groups, Roles, and ACLs to enforce security and access control.
  • Follow Agile/Scrum practices, including peer reviews, unit testing, and UAT suppor

What You Need
  • 6-9 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM Pro, CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management modules.
  • Strong analytical skills for complex issue resolution and in-depth troubleshooting while exhibiting proactiveness and bias for action.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in managing medium-to-large projects, ensuring timely delivery under tight deadlines and as per business-critical needs.
  • Flexible to shoulder responsibilities and support key business requests within stipulated timelines.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to mentor junior developers.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery.
What is Nice to Have
  • Graduate in Engineering or Science.
  • ServiceNow Administrator Certified
