About The Role About The Role : Root cause analysis of issues based on logs/traces. Identification of duplicate tickets based on root cause analysis. Identifying and assigning severity and priority of defects. Check for quality of the reported defects. Analyzing and identifying correct domain of the raised defects. Follows defined process guidelines for creating and maintaining triaging documentation. Collaborate with developers, testers and automation engineers to understand and clarify the reported defects.
