As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the seamless operation of our world-class systems. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide clarity and support, while also leveraging your deep product knowledge to design effective resolutions. Your commitment to quality will be evident as you work diligently to maintain high standards in service delivery and client satisfaction.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Integration and Management (SIAM).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), API Management, Microservices and Lightweight Architecture.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
