Job Description

Oversee the maintenance and service of compressors, ensuring all operations comply with industry standards. Manage customer accounts effectively, fostering strong, long-term client relationships. Organize and implement workshop schedules to optimize productivity and meet service deadlines consistently. Address and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to service operations. Streamline service processes to enhance operational efficiency and improve service delivery. Supervise inventory management, ensuring the availability of required parts, and maintaining accurate records. Lead and mentor service teams to foster a positive and productive work environment. Provide regular reports and updates on service operations and identify areas for improvement to senior management.
