Service Executive

We are a fast-growing player in the electronics sector, specializing in innovative and high-quality products ranging from consumer electronics to industrial-grade components. As we expand our footprint, we’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to help us unlock new opportunities and strengthen our market presence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and repair services for electronic products (onsite and remotely).
• Handle customer complaints and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct installation, configuration, and testing of devices and systems.
• Maintain service records, prepare reports, and follow up on customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams for recurring technical issues and feedback.
• Educate customers on proper product usage and maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to service SLAs and company quality standards.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics.
• 1–2 years of experience in a technical support or service role (electronics preferred). freshers also can apply.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills in electronic systems and components.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Familiarity with testing tools, technical documentation, and service protocols.
• Willingness to travel for onsite support when required.
