Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and track service requests, ensuring timely resolution
  • Maintain and update service data in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Assist the service team in daily operational tasks
  • Communicate with customers to provide service updates and support
  • Generate daily/weekly reports and follow up on pending issues
  • Support internal documentation and MIS work

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets
  • Prior experience in service or customer-facing roles (1 to 2 years preferred)
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Problem-solving attitude
