Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer to join our team at Epiroc, responsible for providing top-notch service and support to our clients in the Engineering & Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in servicing and maintaining equipment, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.

Conduct regular maintenance and repairs of equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshoot complex issues with equipment and provide effective solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

Train and guide junior engineers and technicians on servicing procedures.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Proven experience in servicing and maintaining equipment in the Engineering & Construction industry.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
