SERVICE ENGINEERS

Job Summary:-

The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of company products and equipment. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, customer interaction, and the ability to ensure minimum downtime of machines at client sites.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Installation, commissioning, and testing of equipment at customer sites.
• Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance of machines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in equipment.
• Ensure timely service delivery and minimize machine downtime.
• Provide technical training and guidance to clients on proper equipment usage.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and feedback documentation.
• Coordinate with the service manager and spare parts team for required components.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company quality standards.

Requirements & Skills:-

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in equipment/machinery servicing (construction/industrial preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel frequently to client locations.
• Problem-solving attitude and team coordination.
