Service Engineers / Service Technicians

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for planning and executing service complaints and deliverables. You will be in charge of demonstrating, installing, commissioning, and training on the equipment. Additionally, you will play a key role in training and motivating dealers and other service executives to enhance their understanding of the products. Your contribution will be crucial in helping the company achieve maximum customer satisfaction by meeting customers regularly to ensure standards are met. Furthermore, you will be supervising and liaising with customers to address any concerns or issues that may arise. The role requires 1-2 years of experience in service, assembly lines, or maintenance. Freshers with a relevant background are also encouraged to apply. Formal qualifications such as ITI or Diploma are preferred for this position.
