Preferred Candidate Profile:

Minimum 58 years of relevant experience, preferably in the
wind industry
Strong expertise in
mechanical drive trains
and
roller bearings
, especially in the
design, development, fault evaluation, and error analysis
of large-size roller bearings
Proven experience in
project coordination
or similar cross-functional roles
Strong
analytical skills
with proficiency in
Excel
for data analysis and manipulation
Excellent
organizational and time management
abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to
prioritize and handle multiple tasks
efficiently
Effective
stakeholder management
skills; ability to collaborate and communicate clearly with both internal teams and external partners
Solid
technical background
with the ability to understand and interpret engineering concepts and data
Strong
interpersonal and communication
skills, both written and verbal
