Service Engineer

On Wellesta Payroll will work exclusively for GE Products Key Responsibilities: Installation & Maintenance: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot GE Ultrasound and PCS equipment ECG, Ventilators, Monitors, Neonatal Products , Ultrasound, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Customer Support: Provide on-site technical support, addressing issues promptly and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Documentation & Compliance: Complete all administrative tasks on time, including FMIs and PMS inspections, adhering to ISO 9001 standards and according to GE Healthcare's Service Quality Policy Sales Collaboration: Assist in identifying sales opportunities and communicate them to the account team to support business growth. Training & Development: Share best practices and assist in training new engineers, contributing to team development Customer Interaction : Engage with healthcare professionals to address equipment issues and ensure optimal performance. Business Development : Identify opportunities for service contracts and equipment upgrades, collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth. Required Qualifications: Bachelors or Diploma degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in servicing medical equipment, preferably in modalities like ECG, Ventilators, Monitors, Neonatal Products , Ultrasound etc Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic equipment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work in any assigned location based on business requirements
