1. Manage a regional service operation
2. Creation of opportunities by positioning right product, based on those needs.
3. Manage the after-sales service processes from installation and commissioning of new equipment, to handling warranty period service processes and activities.
4. Handle customer objections and complaints.
5. Support the regional sales team for pre-sales and to achieve new and repeat business.
6. Manage Dealer Network across West/North.
7. Supervise and direct all dealer activities; including direct services sales comprising of annual service contract, parts sale, etc. and conduct periodic dealer reviews for process adherence
1. Service Domain Knowledge for absorption chillers.
2. Good Communication and stake holder management.
3. Good in Follow Up and moving the lead towards its closure.
4. Good Team Member and ability to work with cross functional team
5. Willingness to Travel in respective geographies
