Service Engineer - Pumps & Valves Industry
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of pumps and valves, with a strong commitment to fieldwork and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct installation, commissioning, and servicing of pump and valve systems at client sitesTroubleshoot technical issues and perform preventive maintenancePrepare service reports and maintain proper documentationCoordinate with internal teams and customers for timely resolution of issuesEnsure high standards of service and customer satisfactionFollow safety and quality protocols during on-site visits
Requirements:Diploma or Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the pump/valve industryStrong technical understanding of mechanical componentsGood communication and interpersonal skillsMust be willing to travel for field visits regularly within and around AhmedabadLocal candidates from Ahmedabad will be preferredOwn two-wheeler preferred (with valid license)
