Job Summary/Overview This position reports to Project Manager Pfaff LM Rail business . Handles FAT I&C , SAT prove out test at sight Defect liability support , maintenance of the supplied equipment Handles AMC of the supplied Pit Jacks ,Mobile Jacks and Bogie turn tables Training of the customer maintenance team Focuses into improving customer experince Essential Duties and Responsibilities Providing trouble free services , trouble shoot the supplied equipment , FAT /SAT support , DLP Period maintenance , training , customer expereince improvement , collection of payments , spares business Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities Trouble shooting of electro mechanical equipment , service of metro maintenance equipment , ability to understand the problem technically , communication skills , Windows expertise , exposure to AUTOCAD , Ability to read engineering drawings , exposure to electrical and mechanical equipment like motors , gearboxes , couplings , VFDs , willingness to travel and stay at worksites for longer periods ability to handle measuring tools (electro mechanical ) Required Qualifications Dip /Engineering (Mechanical ,Electrical ) degree with exp. min 2 years in industrial products servicing
