Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable ITI-certified technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will handle installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment such as fitness machines, massage chairs, and other retail machinery. This role requires hands-on expertise, customer interaction, and a commitment to quality service. Key responsibilities. Install and assemble mechanical equipment at customer sites and retail locations Diagnose faults and perform timely repairs on treadmills, massage chairs, and related machinery Conduct preventive maintenance checks and calibrations Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service records and update job sheets Coordinate with sales and customer service teams for smooth service delivery Ensure safety standards and cleanliness during all service visits.
