Service Engineer (ITI, Diploma, Bsc Electronics)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment, as well as providing technical support to our customers. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, and test equipment at client sites.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on equipment operation.
• Prepare detailed reports on service and repair work completed.
• Maintain a strong understanding of company products and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• ITI, diploma, Bsc in Electronics.
• Proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
