Responsibilities: Perform on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance of equipment/products Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Ensure timely and quality service delivery Provide phone and email support to customers Assist in resolving technical queries and issues Maintain accurate records of service activities Update customer databases and documentation Build and maintain strong customer relationships Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services Work with other service engineers and teams to share knowledge and best practices Requirements: Technical knowledge of equipment/products Knowledge on Project Management & Service Management Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Time management and organizational skills Relevant industry certifications or training Bachelor's degree / Diploma in a related field (e.g., Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumental or Mechatronics engineering technology) Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a service engineering role Proven track record of success in service delivery and technical support Ready to travel across India (for field service roles) Ability to lift and carry equipment (as required) Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays (as required) Dynamic to learn new things Disciplined with good inter-personal skills, Team player and self-driven Result oriented.
