Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Planning site visits and discussing with superiors about site details
Site related documents collection from office like equipment details, packing slip, drawings etc
Responsible for customer visits for burner commissioning and servicing work.
Reporting to superior about day-to-day activities at site
Making Minutes-of-Meeting with customer
Explain to customer about our system & providing proper training to operators
Prompt Submission of service report & voucher to concern department
Providing online support / assistance to customer in case of any technical issues faced at site.
In-house testing various equipment (Burner / Panel and other equipment).

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma Engineers / ITI Technicians in Electrical or Mechanical branch with good academic background can apply. Person with 1 or 2 years experience and candidates willing to travel throughout the country will be preferred. Person should have computer knowledge in Windows, MS office and internet applications.
