Role & responsibilities

• Experience with

  prototyping & testing

  of electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Strong knowledge of

  mechanical design principles

  : kinematics, dynamics, materials selection, thermal considerations.
• Exposure to

  electrical/electronic integration

  in mechanical systems (motors, actuators, sensors, PCB housings, connectors, wiring).
• Familiarity with

  FEA/CFD simulations

  for structural, thermal, and fluid analysis.
• Understanding of

  standards and compliance

  (e.g., IEC, ISO, RoHS, UL, CE, etc.).
• Knowledge of

  manufacturing processes

  (sheet metal, machining, injection molding, casting, additive manufacturing).

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in

  Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline

  .
• Additional certifications in

  CAD/CAE tools

  (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, AutoCAD, ANSYS) preferred.

• 12 years

  (for junior/intermediate level) or 2

  + years

  (for senior role) of experience in

  design and development of electro-mechanical systems/products

  .
• Hands-on exposure to

  product lifecycle management (PLM)

  , from concept to prototyping to manufacturing.
• Experience in

  DFM/DFA

  (Design for Manufacturing/Assembly) and working with cross-functional teams.
• Basic knowledge of

  control systems and system packaging

  is a plus.
