Job Purpose

Ensure high customer satisfaction by timely and effective service

Main Accountabilities

Plan customer wise strategies (activities)

Implement credit and collection polices strictly

Involve KOLs in CMEs / various others programs, Identify and develop untapped / potential institutes.

Study the competition provide timely feedback suggestion to Marketing Sales dept. at head office.

Conduct training for all the Hospital engineers.

Ensure warranty procedures are followed

Installation and service of IT/ TT equipment in non-dealer areas

Experience and Qualifications

Should be a Bio-medical diploma / Diploma in electronics

1-2 years of experience in medical equipment service.
