Service Engineer-Air Compressor

Role Overview: You will be responsible for servicing, installing, and maintaining air compressors. Your role will involve troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and ensuring optimal performance of air compressors and related systems to meet customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Perform regular servicing, troubleshooting, and repairs on Atlas Copco air compressors. - Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults in air compressors, providing effective solutions. - Provide technical support to customers by explaining issues and advising on compressor performance optimization. - Ensure accurate maintenance of all service records for each service. - Conduct inspections, identify faults, and minimize equipment downtime. - Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to enhance customer satisfaction. - Train and mentor junior engineers or technicians on air compressor servicing procedures and best practices. Qualification Required: - ITI/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or related field. - Experience in servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting air compressors. - Knowledge of engine systems, alternators, control panels, and compressors.
