🕒 Experience: 3+ years in IT Support
✔ Deliver structured training for IT Support (L1 & L2) learners
✔ Teach troubleshooting, OS basics, networking, and service desk workflows
✔ Provide hands-on training on ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice, etc.)
✔ Conduct live troubleshooting demos, assessments & practical labs
✔ Mentor learners, boost their confidence, and prepare them for real-time support environments
✔ Build communication & customer-handling skills through role-plays and scenario-based sessions
