Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Service Desk Trainee in Pune. This role is open exclusively for freshers with 0 to 1 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information.
Participate in training programs to improve skills and stay updated with new technologies.
Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes and procedures.

Job Requirements

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with software applications are required.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are necessary.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Relocation support will be provided.
Visa sponsorship has been approved.
