Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and printers
• Install, configure, and update operating systems and software applications
• Assist with user account management and access control
• Ensure that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently
• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of all support activities

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 1-6 years of experience in IT support and desktop engineering
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and desktop hardware components
• Experience with Active Directory, Exchange Server, and network protocols
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• ITIL Foundation Certification is a plus
