We are hiring a Service Desk Coordinator for one of our reputed clients. The role involves coordinating daily service desk activities, vendor support, and ensuring timely closure of support calls within defined SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day service desk operations
Liaise with engineers and vendors for issue resolution
Track support tickets and ensure SLA adherence
Prepare daily call reports and dashboards
Process vouchers for vendor engineer payments

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Experience in service desk coordination or IT support preferred
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities
