Service Delivery Operations Senior Analyst

As a Service Delivery Operations Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will be responsible for designing and improving employee data processes to manage employment data, records, and transactions using standard technologies and processes. Your role will involve improving workforce performance, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs. You will need to effectively manage stakeholdership, HROPs, and helpdesk operations related to employee services, especially query/case management.
