Overview: We are seeking an experienced Software Service Delivery Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex technology solutions, primarily focusing on data integration, automation, and analytics projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in project management, client engagement, and technical delivery, ensuring high-quality, timely, and efficient project execution across multiple clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage software delivery teams working on diverse projects involving data integration, automation, and analytics solutions. Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders , ensuring effective communication, delivery expectations, and overall satisfaction. Drive the adoption of best practices, standards, and methodologies in software delivery, including Agile, Scrum, CI/CD, and quality assurance processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple complex projects at once, providing consistent updates and managing risks proactively. Facilitate technical discussions, requirements analysis, and solution design with clients and internal teams to ensure feasible, scalable, and maintainable deployments. Oversee the effective implementation of development, testing, deployment, and support activities, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and quality benchmarks. Mentor and coach project teams, fostering technical excellence and leadership skills, and identifying high performers. Ensure delivery excellence , customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement by implementing metrics, monitoring project health, and managing escalations smoothly. Participate in executive management meetings to present project status, achievements, challenges, and future roadmaps . Work closely with sales, business development, and account management teams to identify new opportunities, scope projects , and contribute to strategic growth. Promote an organization-wide culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and data-driven decision making . Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 12+ years of experience in software delivery, project management, or service management within a technical environment. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex enterprise software projects, especially in data, automation, and analytics domains. Strong technical foundation in: Programming languages: Java, .NET Databases: SQL Server, Oracle, NoSQL (MongoDB, Citus) Messaging and streaming: Kafka, RabbitMQ Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP Automation and testing tools: Selenium, CI/CD pipelines Experience managing client relationships, including in high-pressure or politically sensitive environments. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, with certifications such as Scrum Master, PMP, or PRINCE2 being advantageous. Deep understanding of service delivery, client expectations, and contractual obligations . Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills capable of influencing and persuading at all levels. Awareness of data warehousing concepts, AI/ML, and RPA added advantages.
