Service Delivery Engineer 2

Role Overview: As a Service Delivery Engineer 2 at Dell Technologies, you will play a crucial role in providing world-class delivery support to customers by understanding their priorities and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include assisting in coordinating technical and process documentation, focusing on data analytics and reporting, analyzing issues with customers, and automating workflows. You will leverage your expertise in tools such as ServiceNow, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint to enhance service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Perform specific delivery support activities for multiple customers and collaborate with Dell team(s) to deliver an outstanding customer experience. - Coordinate the development and consolidation of technical and process documentation. - Focus on data analytics and reporting using Python, Pandas, and NumPy. - Analyze specific issues with customers and automate workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint. - Utilize knowledge of ServiceNow and NowAssist technology to improve service delivery. Qualifications Required: - 2 to 5 years of related experience. - Working knowledge of ServiceNow integration capabilities, such as REST API, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and Scripted REST APIs. - Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with Genesys Cloud CX platform integration, including Data Actions, Webhooks, EventBridge, and SCIM for identity management.
