Qualifications for the role Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. SAP Analytics Cloud Planning and BW/4HANA certifications are preferred. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAC Planning architecture and development. Proven track record of implementing large-scale planning models handling complex financial planning scenarios. In-depth knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA data modeling and integration techniques. Advanced skills in SAC Data Actions, Advanced Formulas, API-based data integrations, and predictive planning scenarios. Experience in financial planning processes (Budgeting, Forecasting, Rolling Forecasts) and a solid understanding of key financial metrics. Ability to lead technical teams and mentor developers on best practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical solutions to non-technical finance stakeholders. Experience working on finance transformation programs involving SAC and enterprise-level ERP solutions. Strong focus on continuous learning and exploring emerging technologies in the planning and analytics space.
