Job Description Day in the life: Service Delivery Support : You ll be involved in supporting the delivery of Gen AI cloud infrastructure services, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of cloud-based infrastructures. Project Management : You will manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, working closely with backend technical teams to ensure successful execution of cloud infrastructure projects. Cloud Infrastructure Support : Assist in deploying cloud-based AI solutions, utilizing Linux-based tools and technologies to ensure they meet client requirements and business objectives. Communication with Clients : Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on project progress, and address any concerns regarding service delivery status. Cross-Team Collaboration : Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure that service delivery is coordinated and executed smoothly. Documentation : Document all aspects of the project, ensuring that necessary information is properly handed over to the operations team for continued support and management. Process Improvement : Contribute to identifying areas for improvement in service delivery and assist in implementing strategies that optimize client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Must have skills: Experience : 8 years of experience in service delivery management, specifically within the cloud infrastructure industry, with a focus on Linux-based technologies. Educational Background : Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Linux Expertise : Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Linux-based tools and technologies. Project Management : Ability to manage project plans, budgets, and timelines effectively while coordinating with technical teams. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and internal teams to provide status updates, resolve issues, and manage expectations. Learning Mindset : Willingness and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and customer requirements. Understanding of Cloud Integration : Basic understanding of cloud platforms and how Generative AI solutions integrate within these environments. What separates the best from the rest: Cloud Platforms Expertise : Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and familiarity with cloud orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and Terraform. Programming and Scripting : Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Go, Bash) for cloud automation, improving service delivery efficiency. AI/ML Deployment : Experience deploying AI/ML solutions within cloud environments, especially related to Generative AI, would significantly enhance your ability to contribute to the team. Advanced Process Improvement : A demonstrated ability to actively participate in or lead service delivery process improvement initiatives, resulting in measurable improvements in operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
