Job Description: Role Overview: As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing service requests from customers. You will play a key role in ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues. Key Responsibilities: - Receive service requests from customers and create tickets in the system - Assign service requests to appropriate technicians based on their skills and availability - Monitor the progress of service requests and ensure timely resolution - Communicate with customers to provide updates on the status of their service requests - Maintain accurate records of service requests and resolutions - Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance service delivery Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently - Proficiency in using service management tools - High level of attention to detail and accuracy Please Note: The salary for this position is competitive and will be based on industry standards.,
