Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Coordinator located in Navi Mumbai. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating service activities, managing customer communications, overseeing operations management, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling and dispatching service requests, handling customer inquiries, ensuring timely service delivery, and maintaining service records.

Qualifications

• Fresher or 1-2 Years of experience required
• Service Coordination and Operations Management skills
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Customer Service skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
