Service Co-ordinator

You will be responsible for coordinating service requests for pumps and motors, interacting with customers, updating service requests in ERP, and following up on complaints. Proper coordination with service personnel and thorough follow-up on complaints will be essential. Additionally, you will receive necessary training within the company to excel in your role. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Tamil languages, as well as good communication skills, are mandatory for this position.
